Jason Rebrook

CEO

Jason Rebrook is Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Midstream. He joined the company in 2018 after serving as President of Hilcorp Energy Company, where he began his tenure in 2008. Earlier in his career, he held roles with GE Capital as Senior Vice President of Oil & Gas and with Chevron Corporation, where he managed both domestic and international assignments. Mr. Rebrook is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the Independent Petroleum Association of America and the Greater Houston Partnership.

 

Mr. Rebrook holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Mr. Rebrook currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Harvest Midstream Company, Hilcorp Energy Company and Archrock, Inc.

Sean Kolassa

President

Sean Kolassa is President of Harvest Midstream. Prior to joining Harvest in September 2014, he served as Vice President of Gas T&D Construction at Pacific Gas & Electric after serving as the Vice President of Investment Planning.

 

Mr. Kolassa worked for El Paso Corporation prior to joining PG&E. In his last role with El Paso, he served as Director of Pipeline Strategic and Financial Planning. His approximately 23 years of midstream experience also includes leadership roles in commercial functions as well as work in gas system design and planning for pipeline and storage facilities.

 

Mr. Kolassa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Brian Wilbanks

Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Divestitures

Brian Wilbanks is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Divestitures for Harvest Midstream Company. He joined Harvest in January 2021 after serving in the same capacity for Hilcorp Energy Company, affiliate to Harvest, since 2012. Prior to Hilcorp, Mr. Wilbanks was with Goldman Sachs, Netherland Sewell & Associates, SM Energy and Burlington Resources/ConocoPhillips. Mr. Wilbanks has 24 years of in-depth industry experience with 13 years concentrated in upstream and midstream M&A.

 

Mr. Wilbanks holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas.

Chris Miller is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Harvest Midstream Company.  Previously, Mr. Miller worked as Assistant General Counsel at Hilcorp Energy Company.  Prior to joining Hilcorp Energy, Mr. Miller was an attorney at Bracewell LLP in Houston, Texas, focusing on energy and infrastructure transactions.

 

Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.

Danielle Eveslage is Chief Financial Officer of Harvest Midstream Company. Previously, Mrs. Eveslage worked as Director of Finance at Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to joining Hilcorp Energy, Mrs. Eveslage worked for nearly seven years as an investment banker with the Natural Resources Group of Barclays Capital. During this time, she provided M&A and capital raising services to public and private upstream and midstream companies.

 

Mrs. Eveslage holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Rice University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Abe Chapa

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Abe Chapa serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Harvest, bringing nearly 20 years of leadership and expertise in human resources to the organization. Since joining Harvest in April 2024, he has been instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence.

 

Before his current role, Mr. Chapa held key positions at Hilcorp Alaska, including Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Manager for the Lower 48 region. His tenure at Hilcorp, which began in March 2011, was marked by significant contributions to talent strategy, workforce development, and organizational growth.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Chapa honed his skills in HR while working for Curtiss-Wright Corporation in their Manufacturing and Refining Division. His expertise spans a wide range of HR disciplines, with a particular focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

 

Mr. Chapa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Andrew Limmer

Andrew Limmer

Vice President, Marketing & Trading

Andrew Limmer is Vice President of Marketing and Trading. He joined Harvest Midstream in November 2015 as a Business Development Manager and was promoted to Vice President in January 2018. He previously led operations in Alaska (2021-2025) and Texas (2025-2026).

Prior to joining Harvest, Mr. Limmer was with ExxonMobil for six years where he held various roles as Senior Planning Analyst, NGL Account Manager and NGL Business Developer.

 

Mr. Limmer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Cody Deru

Cody Deru

Vice President, Four Corners

Cody Deru is Vice President, Four Corners of Harvest Midstream. Mr. Deru joined Harvest in January 2019.

 

Mr. Deru leverages over 20 years of midstream engineering, operations, asset management and corporate-level business development experience in different basins throughout the US. He has executed $1.5+ billion in midstream capital projects, managed 2+bcf in gathering, compression and processing assets and developed numerous midstream projects. Before joining Harvest, Mr. Deru spent time at private equity backed ARM Energy developing the Kingfisher Midstream and Salt Creak Midstream Assets, and at Enterprise Products, Copano Energy and Questar.

 

Mr. Deru holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming, a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from University of Colorado and is also a licensed Professional Engineer.

Vice President, Louisiana

Craig Taylor is Vice President, Louisiana. Mr. Taylor joined Harvest Midstream in 2020 and served as Business Development Manager and Vice President, North Dakota, before transitioning to his current role.

 

Prior to joining Harvest Midstream, Mr. Taylor was previously employed with ARM Energy and Kinder Morgan where he had direct responsibility for crude, gas, and NGL assets. Mr. Taylor has served in various roles within the Business Development, Asset Management and Corporate Strategy disciplines.

 

Mr. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the Rice University.

Will Bertron

Vice President, Texas

 

Will Bertron serves as Vice President, Texas, for Harvest Midstream, where he is responsible for leading the company’s strategic growth and operations across the region. Since joining Harvest in 2025 as Director of Business Development, Louisiana, he has played a key role in advancing the company’s Gulf Coast strategy and strengthening commercial partnerships.

 

Prior to joining Harvest Midstream, Mr. Bertron spent 17 years with Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., where he held a series of leadership roles with increasing responsibility across operations, engineering, and commercial functions. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience across several major U.S. basins, including the Eagle Ford, Permian, Gulf Coast, and Mid-Continent regions.

 

Mr. Bertron holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Lamar University.

 

Cynthia Monnin

Cynthia Monnin

Vice President, Alaska

Cynthia Monnin serves as Vice President, Alaska, for Harvest Midstream Company.  Ms. Monnin joined Harvest in January 2025, bringing over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience spanning engineering, operations, risk management, and integrity leadership. She has led multidisciplinary technical teams, built and scaled integrity management departments, and driven operational excellence and safety across complex upstream and midstream assets. Before joining Harvest, Ms. Monnin held senior leadership positions at Hilcorp Alaska and founded a successful process safety consulting practice.

A Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Alaska, Ms. Monnin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Joe Weaver

Joe Weaver serves as Vice President of Harvest Midstream’s Rockies business. Mr. Weaver joined Harvest in November 2018 and, prior to his current role, Mr. Weaver served as Harvest’s Vice President, Louisiana.

 

Prior to joining Harvest, Mr. Weaver spent twelve years with Williams where he held various roles in Business Development, NGL Marketing and Trading, and Commercial Development. The majority of his time was focused on Williams’ gathering and processing assets in the Four Corners and Rockies regions.

 

Mr. Weaver earned Bachelor of Finance and Accounting degrees as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University.

Matthew Peloquin

Matthew Peloquin

Vice President, North Dakota

Matthew Peloquin is Vice President, North Dakota of Harvest Midstream. Mr. Peloquin joined Harvest in 2021 in the Acquisitions & Divestitures team, where he played a key role in supporting the company’s growth. He previously served as Vice President, Corporate Development before transitioning into his current role.

Prior to joining Harvest Midstream, Mr. Peloquin spent 14 years at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation serving in a variety of roles across production, operations, completions, reservoir engineering, and asset development. His experience spans multiple onshore U.S. basins, the deepwater Gulf of America, and international business. During his tenure at Anadarko, Mr. Peloquin served in a critical role advancing the $20-billion Mozambique LNG project through final investment decision.

Mr. Peloquin earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
