CEO

Jason Rebrook is Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Midstream. Prior to joining Harvest in 2008, Mr. Rebrook was with GE Capital and Chevron, managing both domestic and international assignments.

 

Mr. Rebrook holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Marietta College and Hilcorp Energy Company. He is a member of Duke University’s Energy Task Force, Society of Petroleum Engineers, Independent Petroleum Association of America and Greater Houston Partnership.

President

Sean Kolassa is President of Harvest Midstream. Prior to joining Harvest in September 2014, he served as Vice President of Gas T&D Construction at Pacific Gas & Electric after serving as the Vice President of Investment Planning.

 

Mr. Kolassa worked for El Paso Corporation prior to joining PG&E. In his last role with El Paso, he served as Director of Pipeline Strategic and Financial Planning. His approximately 23 years of midstream experience also includes leadership roles in commercial functions as well as work in gas system design and planning for pipeline and storage facilities.

 

Mr. Kolassa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Danielle Eveslage is Chief Financial Officer of Harvest Midstream Company. Previously, Mrs. Eveslage worked as Director of Finance at Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to joining Hilcorp Energy, Mrs. Eveslage worked for nearly seven years as an investment banker with the Natural Resources Group of Barclays Capital. During this time, she provided M&A and capital raising services to public and private upstream and midstream companies.

 

Mrs. Eveslage holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Rice University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Michael Fertitta is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Harvest Midstream Company.  Mr. Fertitta served in the same capacity for Hilcorp Energy Company, affiliate to Harvest, since 2010. Prior to joining Hilcorp, Mr. Fertitta worked in the Energy Group at Och-Ziff Capital Management in New York City and practiced law in the Energy & Natural Resources Group at Kelly, Hart & Hallman in Fort Worth, Texas.

 

Mr. Fertitta graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. He currently serves as the President of Small Steps Nurturing Center, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Buffalo Bayou Partnership and the 1883 Council at the University of Texas.

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Ellen Chin is Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Harvest Midstream. Mrs. Chin joined Harvest in 2021.

 

Mrs. Chin has a successful track record of transforming culture and building corporate infrastructure. A hands-on leader, she brings deep experience in developing human capital practices that align with corporate strategy and attract and retain high-potential talent. She is a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors and change agents, valued for her international perspective and ability to execute pragmatic operational solutions with urgency across all levels of organizations.

 

Mrs. Chin is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences on the topics of leadership, diversity and company-wide global transformations; author of numerous articles; company spokesperson featured in various media; and an internal leader of town halls. Select speaking engagements have included the ADIPEC (Abu Dhabi International Exhibition & Conference), the IPTC (International Petroleum Technology Conference), the Women’s Leadership in Energy Forum and LEAP HR – Oil & Gas Conference.

 

Mrs. Chin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Texas and is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Brian Wilbanks is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Divestitures for Harvest Midstream Company. He joined Harvest in January 2021 after serving in the same capacity for Hilcorp Energy Company, affiliate to Harvest, since 2012. Prior to Hilcorp, Mr. Wilbanks was with Goldman Sachs, Netherland Sewell & Associates, SM Energy and Burlington Resources/ConocoPhillips. Mr. Wilbanks has 19 years of in-depth industry experience with 11 years concentrated in asset management and 8 years concentrated in upstream and midstream M&A.

 

Mr. Wilbanks holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas.

Jeffrey James is Vice President, Business Development at Harvest Midstream Company. Prior to joining Harvest in March 2014, Mr. James worked for CONSOL Energy, a Pittsburgh based natural gas and coal producer, and Atmos Energy Marketing, the deregulated arm of the Dallas based natural gas utility. Mr. James has over 20 years of industry experience in business development, commercial midstream, gas marketing and corporate strategy roles.

 

Mr. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.

Andrew Limmer is Vice President, Alaska. Mr. Limmer joined Harvest Midstream in November 2015 as Business Development Manager then transitioned into the role of Vice President in January 2018.

 

Prior to joining Harvest, Mr. Limmer was with ExxonMobil for six years where he held various roles as Senior Planning Analyst, NGL Account Manager and NGL Business Developer.

 

Mr. Limmer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Vice President, Four Corners

Joe Weaver is Vice President, Four Corners of Harvest Midstream. Mr. Weaver joined Harvest in November 2018.

 

Prior to joining Harvest, Mr. Weaver spent twelve years with Williams where he held various roles in Business Development, NGL Marketing and Trading, and Commercial Development. The majority of his time was focused on Williams’ gathering and processing assets in the Four Corners and Rockies regions.

 

Mr. Weaver earned Bachelor of Finance and Accounting degrees as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University.

Cody Deru

Cody Deru

Vice President, Texas

Cody Deru is Vice President, Texas of Harvest Midstream. Mr. Deru joined Harvest in January 2019.

 

Mr. Deru leverages over 20 years of midstream engineering, operations, asset management and corporate-level business development experience in different basins throughout the US. He has executed $1.5+ billion in midstream capital projects, managed 2+bcf in gathering, compression and processing assets and developed numerous midstream projects. Before joining Harvest, Mr. Deru spent time at private equity backed ARM Energy developing the Kingfisher Midstream and Salt Creak Midstream Assets, and at Enterprise Products, Copano Energy and Questar.

 

Mr. Deru holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming, a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from University of Colorado and is also a licensed Professional Engineer.
